NeverEats — Privacy Policy

NeverEats is a simulated food-delivery experience. No real orders are placed, no food is delivered, and no payments are ever processed. This policy explains what the app does — and, mostly, does not — do with your data.

The short version

• We collect nothing. NeverEats has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no server of our own. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us.
• Everything stays on your device. Your saved address, avatar, order history, and savings ledger are stored locally on your iPhone and are deleted when you delete the app.
• Payment details are decorative. The app only ever asks for the last 4 digits of a card number and an expiry date, purely for display. It cannot charge you. Never enter a full card number anywhere in NeverEats.

Location

If you grant location access, it is used on your device to show restaurants near you and to help set your delivery address. Restaurant search is powered by Apple Maps (MapKit); your queries are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We never receive or store your location.

Photos

If you choose a profile photo, it is resized and stored only on your device. The app can only access the single photo you pick.

Third-party content

• Restaurant listings come live from Apple Maps. Menus and prices shown in the app are illustrative and generated by NeverEats — they are not the restaurants' own listings.
• Food photos are loaded from licensed image providers (Unsplash, TheMealDB). Like any web request, those servers receive standard connection metadata (such as your IP address) when images load.
• Shared tracking links: if you choose to share a delivery-prank link, the order details you see encoded in that link (restaurant name, items, courier name) travel inside the URL itself to whoever you send it to. The page is static, keeps no logs of its own, and loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap.

Children

NeverEats is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

NeverEats 是一个模拟外卖体验的 App：不会真实下单、不会有食物送达、也不会处理任何真实付款。本政策说明 App 如何处理（更多的是"不处理"）你的数据。

简要版

• 我们不收集任何数据。NeverEats 没有账号系统、没有统计分析、没有广告、没有追踪，也没有我们自己的服务器。你在 App 里的任何操作都不会发送给我们。
• 所有数据只保存在你的设备上。保存的地址、头像、订单历史和省钱记录都存储在你的 iPhone 本地，删除 App 即全部删除。
• 支付信息只是装饰。App 只会让你填写卡号后四位和有效期，仅用于界面展示，无法向你扣款。请勿在 NeverEats 的任何地方输入完整卡号。

位置信息

如果你授予位置权限，它只在你的设备上用于展示附近餐厅和设置收货地址。餐厅搜索由 Apple 地图（MapKit）提供，你的查询由 Apple 按照Apple 隐私政策处理。我们不会收到或存储你的位置。

照片

如果你选择了头像照片，它会被缩小后仅保存在你的设备上。App 只能访问你选中的那一张照片。

第三方内容

• 餐厅列表来自 Apple 地图实时数据。App 内展示的菜单和价格由 NeverEats 生成、仅供演示，并非商家官方信息。
• 食物图片从有授权的图片服务（Unsplash、TheMealDB）加载。与任何网络请求一样，加载图片时这些服务器会收到标准连接信息（如 IP 地址）。
• 分享的配送链接：如果你选择分享"外卖整蛊链接"，链接 URL 中会编码你看到的订单信息（餐厅名、菜品、骑手名字），随链接传给你分享的对象。该页面是静态页面，本身不记录日志，地图瓦片来自 OpenStreetMap。

儿童

NeverEats 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不收集任何人的数据。
