Yumspin does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server of our own.
Yumspin works fully without Location Services. If — and only if — you choose to use "Nearby places" and tap "Allow location", your location is used on your device to search nearby restaurants through Apple Maps (MapKit). Those queries are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. Your location is never sent to the developer or any third party, and is never stored. You can instead pick any spot on the map, or use the Custom wheel, without location at all.
Your preferences — blocklist, custom wheel options, search radius and language — are stored only in local app storage on your iPhone, and are removed when you delete the app.
Yumspin is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.

「今天吃啥」在不开启定位的情况下也能完整使用。只有当你选择「附近店家」并主动点击「允许定位」时，你的位置才会在你的设备上用于通过 Apple 地图（MapKit）搜索附近店家；查询由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理，我们不会收到或存储你的位置，也不会发送给任何第三方。你也可以直接在地图上选点，或使用「自定义转盘」，完全不需要定位。
你的偏好（屏蔽名单、自定义转盘选项、搜索范围、语言设置）只保存在你 iPhone 的本地存储中，删除 App 即全部清除。
本 App 适合所有年龄，不收集任何人的数据。
